POSITION OVERVIEW The Dispatcher is accountable for successful communication between the customers as well as inside & outside sales teams managed. The dispatcher works to maximize possible daily acquisitions and assure the best possible customer service with quality control measures.

Requirements:

·       Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and worth ethic!

·       Strong computer skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·       Driven, competitive, and confident

·       Sales Experience is helpful but not required!

·       Familiarity with SalesForce, Vonage, & Microsoft Products a Plus!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Distributes jobs to drivers in an equitable manner

Answer customer calls and take appropriate action

Booking appointments

Expedite the resolution of customer problems.
