Driver/Buyer POSITION OVERVIEW - Driver-Buyers are responsible for purchasing and towing used cars from potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience! We welcome you to be a part of this changing and exciting industry if you are a hungry and confident sales person or tow truck operator looking for an opportunity with uncapped earnings and major growth potential. No experience necessary - we will train you!
Requirements:
· Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and worth ethic!

· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
· Sense of Urgency
· Coachable & Accountable Team player
· Sales Experience and Towing Experience is helpful but not required!
· Work every other weekend - your weekend off with be at least 3 days!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Purchase used vehicles for recycling, resale and/or parts
* Provide towing services for customers
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business (B2B) and customer relationships
